Your Role
As the Global Road Logistics Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our road logistics services by implementing visibility solutions for customers worldwide, developing an IoT based visibility solution.
Your Responsibilities
1. Spearhead initiatives to expand our product offerings, collaborating closely with operations colleagues and customers across the globe.
2. Grow the footprint of our Road Customer Visibility services, ensuring they have a significant commercial impact on the company.
3. Work seamlessly with global teams, thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment to develop innovative product offerings.
4. Facilitate clear and effective communication between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals and progress.
5. Oversee the strategic implementation of visibility services, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive operational efficiency.
6. Engage with clients who have adopted Advanced Visibility and gather their feedback on the product, and identify opportunities for product improvements based on customer feedback and insights.
7. Confidently present to senior management and large audiences, using a structured and organized approach to achieve objectives.
8. Collaborate with operations teams to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and integrate Road Customer Visibility solutions into standard operations.
Your Skills and Experiences
9. At least 3 years of relevant experience.
10. Strong understanding of road logistics and visibility solutions, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
11. Proven experience in managing complex, global projects with a focus on logistics and supply chain visibility.
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
13. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across different geographies and cultures, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments.
14. A proactive and innovative mindset, constantly seeking new ways to improve and expand product offerings.
15. Strong customer orientation with a track record of understanding and meeting customer needs.
16. Proficient in data analysis and interpretation, using insights to drive strategic decisions and improvements.
