Position Overview
As our General Manager, you will take the helm of a globally recognized enterprise, spearheading innovation, strategy, and operational efficiency. * Identify and develop new applications and opportunities for the company's technology
Client and Partner Relations

Team Leadership

Requirements
What You Bring
* We are looking for a visionary leader with the technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic mindset to drive innovation and operational excellence
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field
* 10+ years of leadership experience in high-tech manufacturing, engineering, or a related sector
* Deep knowledge of high-frequency and microwave technology and its applications
* A proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable results
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in global markets and export-driven industries is a plus
