Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) – The Research University in the Helmholtz Association creates and imparts knowledge for the society and the environment. It is our goal to make significant contributions to mastering the global challenges of mankind in the fields of energy, mobility, and information. For this, about 10,000 employees of KIT cooperate in a broad range of disciplines in research, academic education, and innovation.
The Institute of Microstructure Technology (IMT) offers as soon as possible, limited up to 3 years, a
Doctoral Candidate (f/m/d), Scientific Staff Member (f/m/d) – Development of Perovskite Semiconductor Materials
Part-time 75 %
You will contribute to research on innovative manufacturing approaches for perovskite semiconductor materials. The goal is to develop polycrystalline semiconductor layers of the highest quality by precisely controlling temperature and pressure during synthesis. Novel perovskite semiconductor materials are being explored in both 3D and 2D structures.
