Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage cross-departmental pricing agendas as 'Pricing Lead' for Germany.
* Ensure compliance with global Pricing Governance processes and lead the local "Pricing & Access Committees".
* Communicate with international teams on pricing topics and implement global pricing strategies locally.
* Ensure adherence to corporate policies, local laws (e.g., AMG), and relevant guidelines.
* Represent local interests in international projects and oversee their implementation in Germany.
* Lead the local Contracts & Pricing team.
* Coordinate with internal international service centers.
* Develop and optimize processes within Contracts & Pricing and interfaces.
* Shape the strategic direction and future organization of the department.
Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
* At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in pricing within the pharmaceutical industry in Germany.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel management (both technical and disciplinary).
* Good market knowledge, understanding of pharmaceutical laws (e.g., AMG), and the German reimbursement system is desirable.
* Professional communication skills, high social competence, and teamwork.
* Strategic thinking and structured working approach.
* Quick comprehension, analytical skills, affinity for numbers, and financial background are advantageous.
* Excellent German and English skills, proficient with MS Office.
