What you'll do
* Provide administrative and coordination support to IT management focused on governance, program office and industrial solutions, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
* Assist in scheduling, documentation, and follow-up of meetings, workshops, and governance reviews, including preparation of agendas and minutes
* Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and documentation repositories to support transparency and compliance across IT support functions
* Support onboarding and coordination of internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and consultants, ensuring alignment with organizational policies
* Collaborate with program managers and quality assurance leads to ensure timely reporting, document control, and communication flow across management divisions
Who you are
* Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles within IT or corporate environments, ideally supporting program or project teams
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across divisions
* Familiarity with IT governance, security, or compliance processes is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Confluence) as well as experience with project management tools is advantageous
* Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German is a plus
