Coordinate due diligence efforts by liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing data rooms, and facilitating information exchange.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations throughout the deal process.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Experience: Previous experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, or related fields is required. Financial Skills: Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial analysis techniques.
