About the Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving key performance indicators within your assigned region.
You will develop new business opportunities and secure orders in adjacent industries by preparing and negotiating annual contracts, pricing, and forecasts with internal stakeholders.
Acting as the primary contact for customers, you will ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems. Monitor market trends and competitors, sharing insights to support strategic decisions.
Represent the company at trade shows and cross-functional meetings, collaborating with global teams to execute regional strategy.
Your Profile
* A Master's degree in Optics, Electronics, Physics, or a related Engineering discipline is required, combined with at least 5 years of proven success in technical sales.
* Strong understanding of electronics, optical materials, and components is necessary, along with the ability to translate technical specifications into customer solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to develop strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals with high-value customers is essential.
* Fluency in English and skill in building trustful relationships across functions and cultures within a matrix organization are crucial.
* Comfortable with market analysis, forecasting, and identifying new business opportunities, with willingness to travel internationally as required.
