Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize internal IT infrastructure (software and hardware) to ensure smooth operations.
* Design system architecture and integrate hardware, software, and network solutions to meet business needs.
* Continuously analyze and optimize systems for improved performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to minimize downtime.
* Perform installations, configurations, and maintenance of hardware and software.
* Propose and implement process optimizations to enhance efficiency.
* Assist in the rollout of new technologies, ensuring smooth implementation and successful project delivery.
Your Profile:
* Multiple years of experience in IT administration/engineering, Network Engineering or a similar role.
* 3+ years of experience in Linux. (RHEL - additional knowledge of MacOS and Windows is a plus but Linux is necessary)
* Strong knowledge of network management (IP, WLAN, etc.).
* Independent and structured with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* High initiative, reliability, and strong communication skills.
* Knowledge of VoIP technologies and familiarity with Java are beneficial.
* Fluency in English, any German speaking ability is a plus. Candidates must be comfortable supporting customers on technical problems in English.
