Role:
* Provide day to day local/remote desktop support
* Handle inbound calls and answer questions
* Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
Requirements:
* Excellent time management skill
* At least 5 years of experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting
* Problem solving, Analytical thinking, Customer focus, Resilience
* Deep knowledge of Networks / Vmware / Telephony / Avaya fields
* Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (Ursachenanalyse)
* Very good knowledge and fluency in German and English
