Job Overview
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for executing successful outbound activities that lead to qualified business opportunities. You will conduct outbound prospecting to identify qualified sales opportunities, work inbound leads within SLA and qualify/disqualify against established criteria, meet business-defined KPIs, maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce and other systems, use outbound automation tools to manage activities effectively, collaborate with teams to develop new outreach strategies, and work with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Product Marketing to improve prospecting strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:
* A Bachelor's degree desired;
* 6-12 months prospecting experience in B2B SaaS sales;
* Proven coachable learner and high achiever with relentless drive for monthly quota attainment;
* Proven time management, organizational, decision-making skills;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Self-motivated with proactive results-driven mindset;
* Commitment to daily activity goals for consistent performance and results;
* Experience with CRM (SFDC preferred);
* Fluent German, English, French required (verbal and written).
