Your Responsibilities You will future-proof our Active Directory and Azure Entra environments and ensure that digital identities are managed securely and seamlessly. With your knack for smart solutions, you will automate and optimize processes in the administrative environment—more efficiently than ever before thanks to modern scripting technologies. You will take responsibility for the entire user lifecycle and skillfully integrate our HR system with Active Directory / Azure Entra—ensuring seamless processes from day one. In our forward-looking IAM project, you will contribute your expertise and actively help create greater security, transparency, and digital sovereignty. Together with your team in Workplace Services, you will help ensure that our employees are optimally equipped—with modern software, reliable clients, and high-performance Citrix applications. Your Profile You have completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification and already have initial practical experience in a similar position. You have in-depth knowledge of modern Microsoft technologies for managing IT workstations and are familiar with current tools and methods. Your approach to work is service-oriented, structured, and characterized by personal responsibility. You maintain a clear overview even in complex situations, quickly recognize interconnections, and find efficient solutions.
