Additionally, we are working with all of the biggest names in the DIY space such as website builders, commerce platforms, hosting providers, and more. We help thousands of people every day to make the right decision.
We are currently expanding our Lead Generation team, and are looking for a new team member to help us take our business to the next level.
This role offers a unique opportunity to have a meaningful impact on how we scale and to actively shape the future of the Partner Management team. As a Partner Success Manager, you will be solely responsible for driving the growth and development of our existing strategic Lead Generation partnerships. As this role includes key elements of customer success, your focus will be on retaining, strengthening, and expanding these relationships to generate sustainable business growth.
Ideally, you bring a strong partner-centric mindset and preferably have experience in partner or customer support roles. You’re quick to understand needs, responsive in execution, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You take ownership, work independently and autonomously, and contribute effectively as part of a fully remote, international team.
What you will be doing
* Developing Existing Partnerships - Engaging with current partners to strengthen relationships, uncover new demand opportunities, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
* Optimizing Partner Distribution – Managing the distribution setup across systems by onboarding new partners, implementing change requests efficiently, and continuously improving processes to ensure seamless partner integration and performance.
* Monitoring KPIs - Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators daily to ensure alignment with business goals and proactively addressing any issues.
* Driving Business Growth - Leveraging your analytical skills to make data-driven decisions that optimize partner performance and contribute to increased profit margin.

* You are fluent in German, with excellent communication skills and business fluent in English.
This role is fully remote, however you must be based within European timezones. If you are in Germany, the role offers full employment, if outside Germany, it’s a full-time contract role.
