Position: Vice President of Sales (IoT Solutions)

Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership & Revenue Accountability
* Develop and execute regional sales strategy to achieve YoY revenue growth and margin targets across IoT portfolios.
* Own P&L for the sales organization, driving market expansion and profitability.
2.Team Management & Development
* Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, etc.).
* Implement sales processes, KPIs, and performance metrics to optimize team productivity.
* New Business Acquisition
* Identify, negotiate, and close complex enterprise IoT deals (>$1M TCV).
* Build pipeline through strategic partnerships and ecosystem engagement.
4.Customer & Stakeholder Relations
* Cultivate C-level relationships with key enterprise clients and global partners.
* Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to align solutions with market needs.
5.Market Positioning
* Articulate value propositions through tailored proposals and executive presentations.
* Monitor IoT competitive landscape (trends, players, technologies) to inform strategy.
Experience:
* 15+ years of progressive sales experience in IoT/telecom/technology sectors, with a minimum of 3 years at VP, Senior Director, or equivalent strategic leadership level.
* 3+ years of people management experience (e.g., leading sales teams, mentoring managers, or directing cross-functional initiatives).
* Proven track record of exceeding $50M+ annual revenue targets and closing enterprise deals (>$1M TCV).
* Preferred Background: Leadership tenure at top-tier organizations (e.g., Nokia, Logitech, Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, Ericsson).
