AI Incubator Assistant Role Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to support the AI Incubator series, empowering young researchers to transform their ideas into high-impact projects. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support for the AI Incubator and related events, ensuring seamless communication between participants, trainers, external partners, and various stakeholders from the ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: * Support communication tasks including drafting emails, announcements and updating relevant websites, social media channels and informational materials. * Assist with tendering process for hiring external trainers. * Provide day-to-day administrative support for the AI Incubator including meeting coordination, workshop planning etc. Requirements Education & Experience
