Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?
1. Du entwickelst Kommunikations- und Visual-Konzepte für unsere Security- und KI-Agenten-Themen
2. In dieser Rolle gestaltest du Branding Elemente, Präsentationen, Templates und Visual Storytelling.
3. Du bringst dich aktiv in die redaktionelle Gestaltung von Intranet-Beiträgen, Tech Updates und internen Kampagnen ein.
4. Im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement unserer zentralen Security und Agenten Initiativen leistest du wertvolle Unterstützung.
5. Du arbeitest aktiv an strategischen Arbeitspaketen mit, die Analysen, Ableitungen, Dokumentation und Strukturierung umfassen.
6. Die Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und die Vorbereitung von Meeting-Unterlagen übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich.
7. Du unterstützt uns bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Wissenslandschaft, beispielsweise von Wiki-Strukturen.
8. Im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit stimmst du dich eng mit dem Team und den Bereichsverantwortlichen ab.
9. Du bist jemand, der Gestaltungsstärke, Organisationstalent und strategisches Denken kombiniert.
Wie passt du in unser Team?
10. Du studierst digitale Medien, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Kommunikationswissenschaft,Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
11. Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass du sowohl kreativ als auch strukturiert vorgehst.
12. Du bringst Interesse an Branding, Kommunikation, Design und Storytelling mit und hast gleichzeitig Freude daran, Projekte zu organisieren, Informationen zu strukturieren und strategisch mitzudenken.
13. Du gehst sicher mit MS Office, Präsentationstools und idealerweise Gestaltungssoftware um.
14. In einem Tech-Umfeld fühlst du dich wohl, bist neugierig und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
15. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
