Your Responsibilities | Manager Compliance – Compliance – Legal – PFS - Conformité
* Lead the full compliance framework: set up of policies and procedures, ongoing monitoring, regulatory watch and periodic reports to management.
* Oversee and validate the client onboarding process: KYC collection, risk assessments, document review and escalation of sensitive cases.
* Act as the main point of contact for the CSSF and other authorities, preparing all required regulatory filings and annual compliance reports.
* Work closely with accounting, tax and corporate governance teams to ensure data consistency and regulatory adherence across departments.
* Train and support colleagues by delivering in-house sessions and updating procedures whenever regulations evolve.
Profile and Career Path | Manager Compliance – Compliance – Legal – PFS - Conformité
* You have at least 5 years of experience as a Compliance Officer or Manager within a PSF, fund administrator or financial service provider in Luxembourg.
* In-depth knowledge of CSSF rules, Luxembourg AML Law and related circulars; ACAMS or equivalent certification is a strong asset.
* Fluency in French and English to liaise confidently with clients and regulators.
* Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills and the ability to work independently while still having ample support from your higher ups should you have questions.

* An attractive salary of up to €100,000 gross per year, plus an annual performance bonus. In addition, you will have meal vouchers as well.
