We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our European Contact Center team at Böblingen. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our European customers, ensuring their needs are met and resolved efficiently.
Responsibilities will include:
* Managing customer calls and resolving issues promptly
* Processing part orders and returns
* Providing quotes for services and parts
* Managing orders and billing
* Coordinating onsite resources
* Responding to contract and pre/post sale inquiries
Successful candidates will possess a commercial degree or industrial apprenticeship, proficiency in Microsoft Office365 tools, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
Additional qualifications include ERP system experience, billing and order management expertise, and a background in customer service operations within a global business environment.
