Oversee project logistics, including scheduling, shipping coordination, and equipment tracking.
Monitor timelines and budgets to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Provide remote technical support during installation and commissioning phases when required.
Proven experience in technical project planning, event technology, AV integration, or installation design.
Proficiency in 3D modeling or CAD tools (e.g., Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects across different time zones.
Background in event technology, AV engineering, or technical theatre.
Familiarity with media control systems, networking, and projection mapping workflows.
Experience coordinating international installation projects or working with cross-cultural teams.
Experience with project management software (ClickUp, Asana, or similar).
