Your tasks
* Analysis and requirements analysis
Examination of existing SCM processes and workflows as well as collection of technical requirements from purchasing, logistics, import, QA, finance and IT.
* Design and system selection
Creation of the target architecture and integration concepts (e.g. ERP, transport, product data, CSR) as well as participation in tendering and vendor evaluation
* Implementation and rollout
Supporting the introduction of the SCM platform including migration, testing, training and change management to ensure a scalable and process-integrated solution.
* Operational responsibility and service management
Ensuring stable operations, coordination of internal and external partners and responsibility for incident, problem and change processes.
* Compliance and performance monitoring
Checking data quality, interface availability, authorizations and compliance with defined SLAs as well as monitoring performance and system stability.
* Further development and process integration
Initiating automation and optimization, integrating the platform into other business processes and supporting the specialist departments in the digital transformation.
Your profile
* You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, retail or comparable training
* You have several years of professional experience in IT service or application management, ideally related to supply chain or retail
* Good knowledge of service management processes according to ITIL and in dealing with ticket and monitoring systems
* Technical understanding of interfaces, data flows and processes in ERP and SCM landscapes
* Experience in working with software manufacturers and external service providers
* Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting or data analysis is desirable
* You are characterized by your strong communication skills as well as your structured and solution-oriented way of working
* Very good German and English skills round off your profile
