Essential Functions
Strategy and Planning
1. Key participant in enterprise and Planning. Collaborates with Business Stakeholders and Senior Management to assure alignment to goals.
2. Provides consistent architectural standards, develops business system strategies and implementation roadmaps.
3. Prepares annual and strategic budgets to support executive level plans.
4. Analyzes financial performance and variances.
5. Partner with business unit leadership regarding risks, objectives and process improvements.
6. Review and analyze existing control effectiveness and develop strategies for improving or leveraging new business requirements.
7. Oversee detailed research of vendor products and assists with general project management.
8. Provide direction, development, and implementation of software solutions.
9. Participate in regular planning sessions to ensure alignment of resources and Cyber strategy.
10. Actively engage business management to ensure business needs and expectations are met.
11. Develop wants/needs for the annual budgeting process in projects, operations and support.
12. Provide insight and recommendations on the competitive landscape and business drivers.
13. Partner with Enterprise Architects to identify new ways to solve business problems.
14. Participate in the identification and documentation of gaps between business needs and future Cyber capabilities (effort ideation).
15. Determine staffing and skills requirements
Acquisition and Deployment
16. Support the Regional Integration Management Office to perform comprehensive Due Diligence on cybersecurity risks associated with a potential merger or acquisition.
17. Assist the business and applications teams in alignment of key projects.
18. Evaluates project requirements and project scoping.
19. Set goals and objectives for support activities within that are aligned with the Business Stakeholders needs.
20. Provide transparency into Cyber investment mix to ensure alignment with business objectives
Operational Management
21. Engages with Business Stakeholders to develop and document the requirements and manage the development, delivery and ongoing support via the IT development organization and its supporting vendor partners.
22. Provides leadership and mentorship to develop high performance teams. Implements management metrics to support goal achievement.
23. Develop management dashboards to ensure tasks are completed timely and effectively.
24. Support the Regional DT Team to perform cybersecurity risk assessment on running projects/programs.
25. Support the Regional DT Teams to assist with any questions/concerns pertaining to both internal and external Cybersecurity Audits.
26. Develop solutions to leverage IT application functionality for supported applications and suggest improvements.
27. Communicate effectively, improve relationships, and manage customers cross functionally.
28. Participate in global steering committees, preparing and presenting to leadership for the company.
29. Ensure timely remediation of system issues.
30. Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
Incidental Functions
31. Prepare and lead presentations as requested.
32. Research or prototype new tools and/or technologies.
33. Lead internal teams/task forces on initiatives as assigned.
34. Assist with other projects as necessary to contribute to efficiency and effectiveness of the work.

Position Requirements
Formal Education & Certification
36. Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience.
37. Master’s degree preferred.
38. BRMP, PMP, Six Sigma, ITIL certifications preferred.
Knowledge & Experience
39. 16 + years IT related work experience.
40. 10+ years management; a combination of staff, budgets and/or company assets.
41. 6+ years developing and implementing information technology systems.
42. 6+ years of progressive experience as a BRM, Program manager, Lead Portfolio Manager or Lead Project Manager leading large IT Projects, Portfolios and/or Programs with matrixed project/program teams.
43. 5+ years of solutions or business domain experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
44. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and/or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process experience preferred.
45. Experience collaborating with design/development teams, internal and/or external.
46. Experience delivering programs on scope, on time, on budget and expected quality and benefit to the customer and end users.
47. Strong experience in project management and system architecture methodologies(preferred)
48. Experience analyzing functional system requirements and designing and developing solutions that fulfill business requirements.
49. Experience applying comprehensive information technology management principles and practices.
50. Proven ability to translate strategic directives into tactical initiatives.
51. Proven ability to understand the underlying business model and influence others to resolve IT issues, follow through on improvement opportunities, solutions and plans.
52. Well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
53. Demonstrated skill with presentation and communication tools such as MS PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
