For our client we are currently looking for a Projekt Management – Interim procurement Manager (m/f/d) - Verl und Remote.
Your tasks
1. Establish Procurement as a central function
2. Mentor and guide the newly created central procurement team
3. Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of existing procurement processes
4. Develop and implement global procurement processes by considering the existing status quo
5. Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives and strategic supplier negotiations
6. Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for goods and services
7. Manage contract lifecycle ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., ESG, DORA, supply chain laws)
8. Collaborate with finance, legal, and business units to align procurement goals
9. Utilize procurement tools for automation and reporting to monitor spend analytics and supplier performance metrics.
