Work as a Customer Service Representative for Bike Leasing
We are looking for a new colleague to support our customers in various tasks. Your empathetic nature and communication skills are essential.
Your Responsibilities:
* Supporting our cooperation partner in bike leasing services
* Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
* Monitoring issues during the lease contract period until its completion
* Controlling completed individual leasing contracts
* Taking over various administrative tasks
Your Profile:
* First experience in sales support or customer service
* Deseable: good understanding of accounting, especially with regard to debtors and creditors
* Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability
* Good German language skills and confident use of MS Office applications
