IT Manager (m/f/d) – Weil am Rhein
To further develop our IT landscape and digital processes at our Weil am Rhein site, we are looking for a hands-on IT Manager with a pragmatic, implementation-driven mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for the local IT infrastructure, provide operational support to departments, and contribute to international digitalization and systems projects within a global medical device company.
Your Responsibilities
Operational IT Management
* Maintenance and continuous development of the entire IT infrastructure (networks, servers, clients, IT security)
* 1st and 2nd level user support at the site
* Hardware and software management (PCs, printers, scanners, mobile devices, installations)
* Ensuring IT/OT availability in the production environment
Systems Management & Digitalization
* Administration and optimization of existing IT systems
* Participation in the implementation and enhancement of ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP)
* Contribution to and implementation of digitalization projects in production, quality, and supply chain
Interface Function & Project Work
* Acting as a link between local departments and global IT teams
* Support for cross-site IT projects
* Training employees during the introduction of new tools or system changes
IT Security & Compliance
* Implementation of global IT security policies
* Ensuring compliance with data protection and IT compliance regulations
Your Profile
* Degree or vocational training in IT, business informatics, or a comparable field
* Several years of professional experience in IT, ideally in a manufacturing environment
* Strong expertise in IT infrastructure, networking, and Windows server/client environments
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable
* Knowledge of programming, data analysis, RPA, and OA tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI) is an advantage
* Analytical thinker with an independent, solution-oriented approach
* Strong hands-on mentality and technical understanding
* Excellent German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
