Job Purpose
As a Process Consultant, you will standardize, streamline, and automate our ways of working with a particular emphasis on optimizing end-to-end processes. As our business grows and our partners needs evolve, you will innovate by creating efficient and low-touch processes while keeping required flexibility.
Responsibilities
1. Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
2. Standardize, optimize, and automate business processes using various tools and methodologies.
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams (IT, RPA and Celonis) teams to develop sustainable solutions.
4. Implement changes and monitor their impact on business performance.
5. Provide support and training to business teams on new processes and tools.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
6. +5 years of experience in similar role, ideally in a pan European setup.
7. Strong understanding of BPM tools and optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
8. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
9. Experience on Change Management on multi-function/country projects
10. Experience on Process Mining tools (e.g. Celonis) and on AI tools is a plus.
11. SAP knowledge (SAP ECC, HANA and Business Warehouse) is a plus.
12. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
13. Ability to converse and write effectively in English.
14. Strong communication skills with different levels of stakeholders
