DODO Client Advisor (Fixed-term/40h full-time) Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel: Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description -Retail & On-Line Selling: Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey, from the collection discovery and products selection to returns or exchanges management. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends. Sub-Job Family Description - Sales Assistant: Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. As the visible face of the brand follows company values. Contributes to reaching set sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction. Your opportunity We are currently looking for a Client Advisor to join our DoDo boutique located in Hamburg. How you will contribute The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador and will spread the values and the philosophy of our brand, with the end result of maximizing sales. The candidate will manage client relations and identify customer needs, in order to ensure that each customer receives an excellent and professional service throughout. Who you are • Previous experience in the position, gained in a very customer service focused environment, and with a genuine passion for luxury • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; story-telling abilities • Strong dexterity and creativity, in order to guarantee an excellent customer experience • Positive attitude, enthusiastic and team oriented • Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is also required • Fluent in German and English.
