As Head of Inside Sales, you’ll take charge of a strong, motivated team and align our inside sales activities to drive growth and customer success. Together with your team, you’ll optimize processes, lead projects to completion, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. You’ll be the driving force behind clear communication, transparent decision-making, and a sales-focused approach that delights our existing customers and opens doors to new segments.


What we appreciate about you:

* Successfully completed degree in Business, IT, or a comparable field
* Several years of leadership experience, ideally in software sales or an IT environment
* Solid knowledge of working with ERP and CRM systems
* High level of accuracy, process compliance, and data integrity
* Strong sales expertise; experience in security software is a plus
* Excellent command of English
* Positive mindset, strong leadership qualities, goal orientation, willingness to cooperate, and solution-oriented approach
* IT background and strong affinity for digitalization are an advantage
