Job Summary:
You will order demo units and other samples through NetSuite. You will organize meetings and conferences, including travel management.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to new hires during onboarding and beyond.
* Act as the local contact in the office for remote sales team members, handling all logistical arrangements from headquarters.
* Manage marketing inventory and central brochure pool for Europe in all languages.
* Oversee the central sales inbox and coordinate weekly sales meetings, including meeting minutes.

A commercial education or comparable qualification is required. You must be an outgoing personality with high customer, service, and sales orientation. You should be an organizational talent and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams. You appreciate details and do not miss any 'small print' in customer orders. Experience in working with CRM and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce and NetSuite, is an advantage. Excellent German and English skills, both oral and written, are essential.
