Responsibilities Managed the complete order process: from order entry to internal coordination, delivery, and invoicing. Communication: act as the point of contact for our dealers and rental partners; ensure smooth communication around all questions. Offer creation: develop offers tailored to customer needs, coordinate delivery, and ensure customers receive the right products; keep an overview of deadlines and milestones. Sales actions and trade fairs: support the preparation and execution of sales campaigns and trade shows. Follow-up: handle offer follow-up and help drive the sales process to a successful close. Requirements Experience with order processing, ERP and/or CRM systems. Flurförderzeuge (Ameise or Hochhubstapler) knowledge is a plus; interest in material handling equipment is required. Language skills: confident German and English (written and spoken); French is a plus. Sales drive: enjoyment of sales tasks and, ideally, order processing experience.
