Job Summary:
As a Vice President or Executive Director in the Germany Mid-Cap team, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the relationships with private & listed companies with revenues of $500 million and above. This group provides traditional corporate banking products as well as investment banking products to its clients. Our business partners across the bank include product specialists from Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, M&A, Treasury Services, Corporate Derivatives and Private Banking.

Job Responsibilities
1. Identify, pursue and close sales opportunities for a broad range of financial products and services
2. Support the management of complex, multi-product client relationships as the primary relationship manager
3. Coordinate the sales and service efforts of multiple internal business partners
4. Proactively cover clients and prospects; represent Global Corporate Banking Mid-Cap in the local banking and business communities and develop a network of referral sources
5. Collaborate with credit underwriting team on analysis, structuring, negotiation, and documentation of credit requests
6. Initiate and maintain strategic dialogue with clients and prospects to generate ongoing Investment Banking, treasury services and credit opportunities
7. Strictly comply with all regulatory and JPMC rules, policies, and procedures
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
8. Candidate must be a top individual contributor, with a strong performance track record
9. Demonstrates outstanding ability to manage and influence stakeholder relationships at all levels, with particular focus at the senior management level
10. Relevant execution experience of Commercial Banking / Investment Banking / Capital markets products in a leadership capacity
11. Knowledge of the German Mid-Cap market
12. Strong work ethic and self-starter who is able to work independently and part of a larger team
13. Ability to re-adjust under high pressure and challenging situations
14. Demonstrates exceptional presentation skills and strong client capabilities
15. Proven ability to exercise independent and pro-active leadership
16. Proven credit, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify business trends and to take a business-oriented approach
17. Demonstrates ability to juggle and execute a high volume of competing priorities within strict deadlines
18. Enthusiasm to take on new and challenging tasks in dynamic environment
19. Fluency in German and English
