The Procurement Manager is responsible for the strategic procurement of indirect services for the organization. This includes managing the procurement process from sourcing and supplier selection to contract negotiation and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the procurement process, as well as experience in working with a variety of suppliers and vendors for the MRO & Logistics commodity. Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect services Manage the procurement process from sourcing and supplier selection to contract negotiation and management Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and vendors Monitor supplier performance and manage supplier relationships Identify and manage risks associated with the procurement process Work with other departments to ensure that procurement decisions are aligned with business goals Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong understanding of the procurement process, as well as experience in working with a variety of suppliers and vendors Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
