What You’ll Be Doing
Lead & Inspire the Team
* Manage, mentor, and develop a talented collections team of 30+ agents.
* Create a motivating work environment where everyone feels supported and valued.
* Set clear goals, track performance, and celebrate success together.
Drive Performance & Deliver Results
* Oversee daily operations including scheduling, workflow management, and KPIs.
* Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to help your team reach new levels of performance.
* Ensure all collections activities meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Support Exceptional Customer Service
* Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
* Continuously improve processes to enhance both efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
* Monitor performance metrics and analyze results to identify trends and improvement areas.
* Prepare performance reports and share insights with senior management.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational excellence.
Requirements
What You Bring
* Proven experience leading teams of 20+ people – ideally in collections, customer service, or contact centre environments.
* A strong background in financial services or a related field.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English (both written and spoken).
* A hands-on leadership style with a natural ability to motivate, coach, and inspire.
* Confidence working with CRM systems, collections tools, and MS Office.
* A proactive mindset and passion for helping teams and customers succeed.
