Our kitchen is at the core of our business — and our equipment is mission-critical. If it doesn’t work, operations stop.
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Commercial Kitchen Technician (Minijob) to take ownership of our equipment and ensure everything runs smoothly at all times.
This is not a passive role — we are looking for someone who actively maintains equipment, detects issues early, and drives solutions.
Your mission
Your Mission
You ensure that all kitchen equipment is functional, maintained, and always ready for operation.
You are responsible for making sure that technical issues are identified early, resolved quickly, and prevented in the future.
What You Will Do
* Perform regular checks and maintenance of all kitchen equipment (ovens, fridges, heaters, warmers, etc.)
* Coordinate and manage external technicians and service providers
* Request quotes and schedule repairs when needed
* Ensure repairs are executed quickly and correctly
* Keep track of maintenance and technical documentation
* Help build simple, structured maintenance processes
* Act as the go-to person on-site for technical issues
Your profile
* Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, facility management, or similar technical roles
* Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
* Structured, reliable, and proactive way of working
* Ability to identify problems early and take action
* Comfortable coordinating external partners
* Strong technical understanding of equipment
Conditions:
* Minijob (flexible hours based on agreement)
* On-site in Munich
* Regular presence + availability for urgent issues when needed
