We’re now looking for an experienced Operations Director (m/f/d) to lead our operational backbone and steer the next phase of scale. In this role you’ll be responsible for the daily execution of our operational strategy and for ensuring we deliver an exceptional patient experience at scale. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the executive team, you’ll lead our Supply Chain, Customer Care, and Medical Operations departments, and drive cross-functional alignment to scale efficiently and sustainably. What you’ll be doing: Own and optimise core operations: Build and scale efficient systems across supply chain, customer service, and medical operations, ensuring service quality, reliability, and speed. Strategic leadership: Define and evolve the operating model that supports growth and future expansion. Team management & development: Lead, structure, and grow high-performing teams across operations functions. Attract and retain top talent, empower leaders, and embed a culture of ownership and excellence. Process improvement & innovation: Identify inefficiencies and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve workflows, tools, and performance metrics. Champion a data-driven, continuous improvement mindset. Customer excellence: Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Marketing to ensure we deliver seamless, high-quality customer experiences across all touchpoints. Partnerships & vendor management: Oversee strategic partnerships, contract negotiations, and vendor relationships that impact our supply chain and service delivery. Operational KPIs: Define and track critical success metrics across departments. Ensure alignment with company OKRs and strategic goals. Leadership collaboration: Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, contributing to company strategy, board communication, and company-wide initiatives. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a senior operations leader (Director/VP/COO level) in a high-growth B2C/DTC startup or scaleup. Experience overseeing multiple complex operational domains (e.g., supply chain, customer service). Strong understanding of supply chain management. Track record of designing and implementing scalable processes and tools during high-growth phases. Data-driven, systems thinker with the ability to align operational detail with strategic business goals. Demonstrated success in building and mentoring teams and leading through change. High emotional intelligence, people-first leadership style, and the ability to foster a performance-driven culture. Strong cross-functional collaborator who can effectively work with Product, Tech, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders. Excellent communication skills in English (German a plus).
