As the ideal Art Director (d/f/m), you completed your studies, apprenticeship or training in the field of graphic, communication or media design and you have at least 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in a large creative agency. You can ride the rodeo on all current programs and also have skills in After Effects, Premiere etc Your tasks: Development of looks, performances, concepts and campaigns for multiple accounts matching the brand and product Development and elaboration of various layouts and presentation templates Independent briefing of all stakeholders (including photographers, illustrators, concept developers) Supervision, training and further education of Juniors and Interns Project overview and resource planning What you score with: Very good knowledge of customers, products and brands Integrated creative ability Ability to think through own and others' ideas Very good understanding of the interaction between traditional and new media First experiences with photo shoots, social productions and initial film shoots Confident handling of partners and service providers Stylistic range and great visual variety Confident presentation skills in German and English Composing, animation and editing skills with visual and stylistic diversity Knowledge of creative prompting You like our hybrid culture but prefer to spent time with your team in the office Very good German and English skills are required We are looking forward to your application!
