Deine Tätigkeiten:
1. Betreuung der Communities und Follower unserer bestehenden Kanäle (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube und LinkedIn), Erarbeitung von Posting-Ideen und eine plattform- sowie zielgruppengerechte Aufbereitung der Inhalte und Themen
2. Du trägst die Verantwortung dafür, dass unsere Marke und unsere Produkte mit trend- sowie tonsicheren Inhalten auf allen relevanten Social-Media-Kanälen gut positioniert sind – und trittst dafür gerne auch mal selbst vor die Kamera
3. Durchführung einer strategischen Ausrichtung unserer gesamten Social-Media-Aktivitäten – all das im Austausch mit den Bereichs-Kolleginnen und -Kollegen sowie den internen Stakeholdern
4. Identifizierung passender Influencer und Content Creators und Pflege einer bereichernden Zusammenarbeit
5. Interne Information und Beratung rund um Social Media, wozu neben der Vorstellung von Trends auch das Reporten relevanter KPIs zählen
Dein Profil:
6. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Social-Media-Bereich eines Unternehmens oder in einer Agentur
7. Kreativer Umgang mit Sprache (Deutsch und Englisch)
8. Spaß und Können im Umgang mit der (Smartphone-)Kamera („davor und dahinter“) sowie mit Content Creation Tools
9. Große Leidenschaft, neue Features, Formate und Kanäle zu entdecken und ihren Mehrwert für das Unternehmen abzuwägen
10. Idealerweise Erfahrung in Video- und Bildbearbeitung zur Erstellung von internen und externen Inhalten
11. Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und Beratungskompetenz
12. Teamfähigkeit und großes Interesse am Aufbau interner und externer Netzwerke
