About the Luxembourg Centre for Contemporary and Digital History:
We are an interdisciplinary research centre dedicated to high-quality research and public dissemination in the field of contemporary history with a focus on digital methods and tools.
Your Role
* Conduct independent and collaborative research within our thematic areas.
* Develop training materials and facilitate exchange and interdisciplinary collaborations between historians, data scientists, and digital humanists.
* Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences.
* Assist in coordinating centre activities, including seminars, symposia, and public engagement.
Requirements:
* PhD in History, Digital Humanities, Data Science, or a related field.
* Demonstrated experience in interdisciplinary research and strong digital literacy.
* Strong interest in historical data, machine learning, data visualization, or digital hermeneutics.
* Strong communication skills in English and good knowledge of French or German.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
