Job Summary: Analyzes and integrates intelligence data, plans, or systems. Performs one or more of the following or related activities: 1) Analyzes, reviews and integrates intelligence data from a variety of sources. 2) Operates intelligence systems and intelligence analysis systems. 3) Provides analysis of threat and makes recommendations to support military training, doctrine development, and/or real world conflict scenarios. 4) Designs, develops, engineers, and implements intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems; analyzes intelligence practices, systems, programs, and proposals to make appropriate recommendations. 5) Develops and coordinates intelligence plans and requirements. Essential Functions: Analyzes and compiles signals intelligence data Writes reports and summaries of signals related intelligence information Serves as signals intelligence subject matter expert; responsible for all signals related requests for information Provides the signals intelligence piece for integration into all-source intelligence products Provides support to include briefings to senior officers and NCOs; preparation of reports and assessments; compilation of statistics; research and analysis; and publications posted on the collateral SIPRNET Contributes to battle staff planning concerning Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) supporting contingency operations in the European theater of operations Application of all phases of standard intelligence methodologies such as Order of Battle Analysis, preparation of IPB products, imagery analysis and tasking, communications security, Special Security Officers (SSOs), Joint Deployable Intelligence Support System (JDISS) operations, Joint World-wide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS), and others Provides training in surveillance, imagery, and mapping techniques and operational application Stays familiar with the multiple imagery sources, commercial, theater and National Technical Means (NTM) and proficient in the area of imagery research.
