A key focus of your work will be to ensure the stability and high performance of deployed sites and assets, while prioritizing user-friendliness and ease of managing updates. Collaborating with brand management, commercial excellence, and country teams, you will shape a strategic roadmap for feature development, balancing incremental improvements with transformative technological advancements. To stay ahead of the curve, you will evaluate technological innovations against Boehringer Ingelheim's business needs and customer expectations, identifying solutions that enhance engagement and deliver impactful results. In partnership with commercial stakeholders, you will explore new applications for platform technology, laying the groundwork for innovative use cases that align with future business objectives. You will also play a critical role in expanding platform capabilities to support key launches and brands across global markets, leveraging shared knowledge and experiences to drive efficiency and optimize site management worldwide.
