in full-time at our Ahrensburg site
Mühlenchemie is one of the world's most renowned companies in the field of flour treatment. We are part of the Stern-Wywiol Gruppe, a dynamic, independent group of companies with 14 plants in Germany and 20 foreign subsidiaries worldwide.
As an Enzyme and Raw Material Analyst, you are responsible for performing and evaluating analytical tests on enzymes and other raw materials. Your main objective is to ensure the quality (e.g., enzyme activity) and functionality of our products as well as the raw materials used. In addition, you actively support the development of new products and applications in close collaboration with other departments.
By reliably conducting enzyme and raw material analyses, the Enzyme and Raw Material Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the quality of existing products and in developing innovative solutions. Close cooperation with other departments (e.g., R&D, Production, Quality Assurance) promotes knowledge transfer and ensures the continuous improvement of processes and products.
The position of Enzyme and Raw Material Analyst is essential for the company’s quality assurance and product development. The combination of analytical expertise, practical laboratory experience, and the ability to clearly document results makes this role a vital interface between research, development, and production.
