Medical Science Liaison, Oncology, Germany (m/w/d)
IQVIA is seeking a scientifically credible, field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support a high-impact oncology clinical trial across Central and Eastern Europe. The MSL will serve as a key scientific resource to clinical trial sites, building relationships with investigators, supporting site activation and enrollment, and facilitating scientific exchange.
Location: Field-based – Germany
Territory: Germany, Austria, German-speaking Switzerland, Poland, and Czech Republic

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide medical support to oncology research programs in the field.
* Deliver credible presentations on disease areas and therapies to investigators and site staff.
* Engage with clinical trial sites to address barriers to patient recruitment and screening.
* Support site initiation and engagement with site management and monitoring teams.
* Facilitate scientific exchange with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders in compliance with regulations.
* Report field intelligence, including protocol feedback, treatment landscape insights, and competitor activity.
* Represent the program at scientific meetings, advisory boards, and congresses.
* Maintain current knowledge of the disease area, investigational products, and clinical data.
* Ensure all activities adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
* Advanced scientific degree: MD, PhD, PharmD (preferred).
* At least 2 years’ experience as an MSL or in a scientific/medical role.
* Experience in oncology, preferably in solid tumors.
* Fluent in German and English; proficiency in Polish or Czech is a plus.
* Willing to travel extensively within the territory.
* Valid driver’s license.
