Your tasks
5. You will be responsible for the design, development and documentation of chassis components in the truck sector.
6. The development and optimization of various truck frame components is part of your core area of responsibility.
7. You will design and construct new frame components in modular design, including cross members and structural components.
8. Your focus will be on the development of cast components as well as pressed and bent sheet metal parts.
9. You will create the necessary documentation (including prototype and series drawings) using CATIA V5 for various project phases.
10. You will work closely with related areas such as simulation, prototype construction, production planning, procurement and suppliers.
Your profile
11. A degree (TU/FH) in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
12. Several years of experience in the development and concept creation of structural components for commercial vehicles.
13. Sound CAD knowledge in CATIA V5 as well as experience with Windchill and MS Office.
14. Very good command of written and spoken English for working in an international environment.
15. Ability to work under pressure, creativity, ability to work in a team and a cooperative working style characterize you.
