Job Description
Your mission during this flight:
1. Ensure deliveries of team in time/cost/quality
2. Manage Team resources with people and assigned budget responsibility
3. Provide disciplinary leadership to team members (including resourcing, development, performance management, recognition, and reward)
4. Provides day-to-day guidance, coaching & feedback to the team
5. Ensure high clarity and spirit within the team
6. Plan and manage team capacity according to project needs
7. Collaborate closely with other Team Leads and Head of Departments to guarantee best results
8. Seek opportunities to introduce continued improvements to the flight test process
9. Ensure team always adheres to FTOM processes and procedures
Qualifications
Check in your professional skills:
Experience in Flight Testing is absolutely crucial for this role!
10. MSc, PhD or equivalent degree in aeronautical engineering
11. 10+ Years of experience in Crewed Flight Test (Excluding UAV)
12. EASA Category 1 FTE Certification or equivalent experience (Must have).
13. Experience in the aeronautical development and certification process
14. Professional experience working for an OEM, MRO, Military Aviation, or Flight Test Organization
15. Proven leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications:
16. Rotary wing experience
