<p>Are you an experienced <strong>Business Travel Consultant</strong> looking for your next opportunity in an international environment?</p><p><br></p><p>We are partnering with a leading global company in <strong>travel management, corporate cards, and expense solutions</strong> to find a <strong>German-speaking Business Travel Consultant</strong> to join their team in <strong>Berlin</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a <strong>hybrid setup</strong> — enjoy the flexibility of working mostly from home while visiting the office just <strong>once per week (4 days/month).</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting corporate travelers via <strong>phone, email, and chat</strong></li><li>Managing <strong>complex travel bookings</strong> including flights, rail, accommodation, and additional services</li><li>Assisting customers with travel tools and self-service platforms</li><li>Ensuring smooth, high-quality travel experiences while following company travel policies</li><li>Handling urgent travel requests and delivering excellent customer support</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Fluent German (C1+) and good English</strong></li><li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> in a <strong>Business Travel Consultant role</strong></li><li><strong>3+ years of GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) – mandatory</strong></li><li>Strong experience with <strong>air, rail, and accommodation bookings</strong></li><li>A customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What’s in it for you?</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Salary up to €55,000 gross/year</strong></li><li><strong>Hybrid work model</strong> – mainly remote</li><li><strong>Monday–Friday schedule only</strong> (No weekends or bank holidays)</li><li>Rotating shifts between <strong>07:00–19:00 CEST</strong> (every 3 months)</li><li>Medical, dental & vision coverage</li><li>Mental health support programs</li><li>Career growth opportunities in a globally recognized company</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Berlin, Germany</p><p><strong>Work model:</strong> Hybrid (4 office days/month)</p><p><br></p><p>Interested?
