We are looking for a people loving Tech Recruiter at our headquarters in Berlin who will build up the technical recruitment at Nelly! In this Tech Recruiter role, you will take ownership of the full hiring lifecycle and help build the technical teams that shape our payment products in the Health Tech space. You will work closely with executive leadership, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand their talent needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies. You will proactively source and engage top technical talent, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for our fast-growing international product organization. You will continuously refine our recruitment processes, using data and insights to drive efficiency and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Ultimately, you will play a key role in scaling a high-impact team that is building new, innovative, and scalable payment solutions for medical practices across Europe. You will: Own the full recruiting cycle – from sourcing and screening to offer Build and refine key hiring processes, ensuring a smooth and data-driven candidate experience Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and define hiring strategies Drive direct sourcing initiatives, building strong talent pipelines through active outreach and networking Use data and insights to track performance, optimize pipelines, and guide hiring decisions. What you'll bring: 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally focused on engineering or data roles Background in scaling startups or high-growth environments where speed and quality go hand in hand Proven success in direct sourcing using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, or other creative channels Confidence in building strong partnerships with hiring teams and stakeholders Strong communication skills in English A data-informed mindset – you use insights to continuously improve performance and candidate experience What we offer BVG Ticket or Swapfiets subscription Urban Sports membership Flexible working hours and hybrid work mode 4 weeks workation Cozy and dog friendly office in the city centre a strong learning culture We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
