In this Tech Recruiter role, you will take ownership of the full hiring lifecycle and help build the technical teams that shape our payment products in the Health Tech space. You will work closely with executive leadership, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand their talent needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies. You will proactively source and engage top technical talent, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for our fast-growing international product organization. You will continuously refine our recruitment processes, using data and insights to drive efficiency and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Ultimately, you will play a key role in scaling a high-impact team that is building new, innovative, and scalable payment solutions for medical practices across Europe. You will: Own the full recruiting cycle – from sourcing and screening to offer Build and refine key hiring processes, ensuring a smooth and data-driven candidate experience Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and define hiring strategies Drive direct sourcing initiatives, building strong talent pipelines through active outreach and networking Use data and insights to track performance, optimize pipelines, and guide hiring decisions.
