Role Overview
As a member of the TA COE reporting to the Head of Europe TA, the TA Partner, Europe will lead full lifecycle recruiting—including sourcing, screening, and offer consultation—to secure top talent. This role primarily supports strategic hiring needs across the EU Commercial organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment services while managing key hiring metrics.
2. Build and maintain strong consultative partnerships with hiring managers, HR partners, and business stakeholders.
3. Stay informed on business trends, labor market insights, and competitive talent intelligence.
4. Share market and candidate insights to influence hiring strategies through data and storytelling.
5. Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates and referral sources across corporate and operations talent pools.
6. Utilize technology and AI‑enabled tools to efficiently identify, engage, and assess talent.
7. Collaborate with the Europe Talent Acquisition Director to design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.
8. Partner with peers to ensure consistent, compliant, and scalable hiring practices across the organization.
9. Research, design, and implement tailored recruitment strategies for newly assigned requisitions.
10. Champion a continuous improvement mindset by leveraging metrics, feedback, and best practices to evolve hiring strategies and optimize processes.
Qualifications
11. 4+ years of recruiting experience in Life Science, Biotech.
12. Experience recruiting across a range of disciplines and levels, spanning corporate and operations roles.
13. Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, influencing and partnering with leaders at all levels, including executives, through strong consultative communication.
14. Excellent sourcing, networking, and market research skills.
15. Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills with experience analyzing trends and refining recruiting strategies.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
