* How does incorporating Battery degradation mechanisms affect the environmental impact of HV Maritime Batteries compared to static LCA Approaches?
* What is the environmental benefit of second-life applications of HV batteries when accounting for real degradation and failure uncertainties?
* What are the key environmental hotspots and operational drivers that most significantly influence the lifetime impacts of HV maritime battery systems, and how can system design be optimized to reduce these impacts?
What you contribute
* Currently enrolled in a master's program in mechanical engineering, materials science, environmental science, or a related field.
* Life Cycle Assessment competence including Circularity and EOL
* Knowledge of battery technology and degradation.
* Interest in energy systems. Knowledge of Maritime systems and operations is a plus.
