The Role
As the sole Salesforce expert, you will play a central role in shaping how our client manages customer relationships and internal processes through their CRM systems. You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, and service teams to ensure Salesforce supports their growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities :
* Optimize and develop the Salesforce setup (Sales & Service Cloud focus)
* Manage and expand the connected tech stack
* Design and implement strategic CRM measures
* Build and maintain automated outbound email systems
* Collaborate with external service providers and internal stakeholders
* Lead system-related projects and ensure smooth implementations
* Train new and existing employees on Salesforce usage
* Identify and address data silos, contributing to continuous process improvement
Your Profile
Our client is looking for a mid-level professional with a technical mindset and the drive to make a difference in a high-growth environment.
Requirements :
* 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin, Developer, or Engineer background)
* Strong experience with flows ;
knowledge of APEX, LWC, or other IT systems is a plus
* Experience scaling CRM processes and managing workflows
* Familiarity with B2C environments;
bonus for knowledge in SQL, JavaScript, or Python
* Proactive, structured, and independent working style
* Excellent communication skills – you'll interact with both technical and non-technical teams
* Fluent in German and proficient in English
* Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
