Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
* Evaluation and qualification of reliability with focus on special HV reliability and CMOS semiconductor devices
* Characterization of dielectrics using different electrical measurement methods
* Development of failure models using stress measurements and simulations
* Extension and improvement of existing measurement programs
* Design and layout of test structures
* Technical interface to internal development groups
* Possibility to work as Q-Teamlead or Collaboration in technology projects
* Cross-site and cross-functional teamwork
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
* A degree in physics, electrical engineering or comparable
* 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in the semiconductor industry
* Ideally have experience in semiconductor development, manufacturing or quality management
* Basic knowledge in programming (e.g. Python, MATLAB)
* Basic knowledge of test structure design
* Very good communication and teamwork skills
* Basic knowledge of test structure design

* Able to communicate and present fluently in German and English
