Location: Germany-wide (Remote) Your Role Are you someone who started in hardware sales and has successfully transitioned into the digital world? Then this role is made for you. As a Business Development Specialist u2013 Mail Solutions (f/m/d), youu2019ll be at the forefront of our digital transformationu2014bridging your hardware expertise with cutting-edge digital solutions. Youu2019ll lead digital strategies alongside our hardware sales team and design data-driven marketing and sales campaigns for our digital offerings. Your hybrid background will be a key asset as you collaborate across sales, marketing, and project teams. Your Key Responsibilities: Drive and implement digital strategies in Mail Salesu2014focusing on hybrid solutions and digital services Close collaboration with the sales team supporting them in projects and closing deals Design and manage campaigns that position digital solutions to both new and existing customers to generate new leads, and supporting global marketing and demand generation teams with their campaigns. Create data-driven forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to support sales efforts Contribute to strategic digital projects that transform our product portfolio Work closely with the marketing team to develop presentations, success stories, and campaign tools Your Profile Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing sales role, with a strong track record in both hardware and digital solution sales Strategic thinker with a digital-first mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making Solid understanding of marketing and campaign management, particularly for digital products and services Strong collaboration skills combined with excellent communications and interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trust across teams and with clients Fluent in German and very good English skills Even if you donu2019t meet every single requirementu2014if youu2019re motivated and excited by the challenge, weu2019d love to hear from you.
