Business Development Manager
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves partnering with high potential retailers in the Fashion industry, with a focus on helping grow their online businesses.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Detailed knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses
2. Strong influencing skills to drive business development results and improve sales performance
3. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth
4. Strategic project ownership to maximize customer experience and sales
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver on a yearly promotions calendar with high potential fashion merchants
* Ensure delivery of deal execution across all major deals events
* Act as project owner for strategic projects aiming at improving sales, Customer and Seller Experience
* Track and report business development results and drive deep-dive analysis
* Evaluate and optimize promotional campaigns and strategies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field
* Proven track record of success in business development and sales management
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
